Blazing Steps of Faith
Join us for our first annual Walk-a-Thon as our first fundraiser of many toFILL A FRISBEE to put an end to hunger in Malawi.

Since 2012, Blazing Faith Ministries has been feeding children and seniors in the country of Malawi, Africa. While initially it was a small number, it has grown to 250-300 people per day, five days per week being fed one meal. That's 1250-1500 meals per week! 65,000-78,000 per year! it takes many things to make this happen. Corn, beans,Cabbages, Tomatoes, Cooking Oil, Firewood, Cleaning Supplies, cooks, utilities, security guards, and many other things. All of these things total approximately $100,000 annually which means it costs less than $2 to feed a child a meal. Less than a cup of coffee! As an organization, we are looking to raise this $100,000 to keep feeding the orphans and widows we encounter. We are looking for people like you to FILL A FRISBEE!
Why Frisbees?
If you've seen our photos, you'll see meals being served on FRISBEES! These are the most effective for our program as they last longer than traditional plastic plates and are large enough to serve our meals. At times, you may see several children surrounding one Frisbee.

Each Frisbee in the chart below represents $25. Just $25 can provide a child or a widow with a meal for over two weeks! For every $25 donated, our frisbees will go from grey to red as we update the chart and see the donations come in!
How Can You Help?

Join us on August 30th, 2025, at Clearwater College (71077 Twp 36-2, Clearwater County) for a Walk-a-thon to help raise money for the Blazing Faith Ministries Feeding Program! The event starts at 10 am, where we will be walking down to the beautiful Clearwater River (approximately 1.5 km one way), followed by a BBQ. Click here to Register
